Port Of Amsterdam fines scrubberwater pollution

My good Dutch friend Manja Ellenbroek shared today a post on Linkedin (see link to her post) that the Port of Amsterdam doesn’t allow anymore scrubberwater in their ports. I wonder if other ports will follow.
